Situated on nearly 2 acres in Volk Estates, this home was listed for more than $22 million. The grounds showcase gardens, courtyards, a sculpture garden and a putting green.

Other significant sales in the Park Cities include the five-bedroom residence at 3524 Centenary Drive in the fairway of University Park. Sold by Susan Baldwin, the more than 7,000-square-foot legacy home has been updated.

The three-story, Tudor-style home at 3509 Princeton Ave. in Highland Park was sold by Maureen Frieze. The five-bedroom residence features landscaping and an outdoor entertaining area with water features.

And, in an all-Allman sale, Jackie Converse listed the completely remodeled four-bedroom home at 4308 McFarlin Blvd. in University Park and Hayley Harvey-Peter brought the buyer.

Here are two newly listed homes that an Allman expert can show you. Ask to see other homes that are available only on a private list that Allman agents can see. Both homes have a first-floor primary suite, which is high on many buyers’ must-have lists.

The Spanish-style residence situated on a cul-de-sac at 7830 Bryn Mawr Drive is offered by Jane Idzi. The home features extra-wide, hand-scraped wood flooring imported wrought iron, a three-car garage and an automatic alley gate.

A bedroom over the garage could meet the needs of a large family or be a guest suite.
