A beloved California shopkeeper and garments designer was shot and killed over the weekend by a gentleman who complained about her enterprise exhibiting an LGBTQ+ pleasure flag, authorities say.

Laura “Lauri” Ann Carleton, 66, commenced her career in the manner marketplace when she was a teenager, in accordance to the internet site for Mag.Pi, her store located in the little, unincorporated neighborhood of Cedar Glen, near Lake Arrowhead, some 60 miles east of Los Angeles.
